Mylene (Myles) Beever, President/Finance Manager
Myles is the President of NetLander, Inc. She manages all financial aspects of the company and performs management of internal team members and systems at the company to ensure a smooth operation. She is also in charge of re-inventing the company to meet the challenges in adapting to the future of business.
Myles immigrated to the USA in 2015, and became the Finance Manager for NetLander, Inc in May of 2016. She became President in January 2020.
In the Philippines Myles was a Pediatrician. She believes in America, and she is thankful for the opportunities that exist here. She also works in Dialysis as well as serving in her role with NetLander, Inc.
She holds a Doctor of Medicine from De La Salle University in the Philippines, and she has a BS in Human Biology from De La Salle.

Thomas Beever, Engagement Manager
Tom is currently Chairman of the Board of NetLander, Inc. He also serves as Engagement Manager where he ensures the quality delivery of IT and Business Services to NetLander Clients. Before this Tom served as President of NetLander for 22 years, managing all aspects of the company as well as serving clients directly.
Tom has managed over $15M of consulting engagements for NetLander including Command and Control System development, Electronic Health Record System Nation Wide Roll Outs, Mainframe De-commissions where legacy applications were moved to Client Server platforms and technology upgrades of business and technical systems.
Tom has built many successful teams of technologists that have delivered award winning service to clients and has supported proposal efforts for teams of companies in winning over $1 Billion of contracts with the federal government.
Tom's roots in software began during his 13 years with NASA working in software development for the Space Shuttle Launch Processing System where he led groups of software developers in creating Data Analysis programs.
He has an MBA from Florida Tech and a BS in Computer Science from Indiana University.

She was an editor for FSU’s literary magazine,, "The Kudzu Review", and she wrote for the #1 online magazine for college women, "HerCampus".

Al Menendez, Maximo Consultant
Al is an expert in Enterprise Asset Management and SW Project Management. He can work on short (<1yr) or medium (1-3yrs) projects with IBM Maximo, systems engineering, and SW configuration management. He supports local or remote projects and travel 30% of the time.
He is very experienced with Maximo 6.2.x, 7.1.x, 7.5.x, and 7.6.x on Windows/Linux systems using WebSphere with single server and clustered configurations. He has worked with Actuate and BIRT reporting systems. Installed and worked with add-ons for Transportation, Health/Safety and Environment, Calibration, Scheduler, Project Adapter, Service Request, and EZMaxMobile.
